What We Expect
What we need from you
Full availability July 3–5 — Friday evening through Sunday — you need to be there for the whole event.
Reliability and initiative — Proactive, comfortable working with people, and willing to help wherever needed.
Responsive in the run-up — We'll be in touch before the event with briefings and logistics — responsiveness matters.
Flexibility — Your assigned role comes first, but event days are dynamic. Be ready to adapt.

Where you'll contribute
Tell us which role interests you most when you apply.
Lead Volunteer
The go-to person keeping the volunteer team coordinated throughout the event. You'll be the link between the organising team and the other volunteers.
— Brief and support other volunteers before and during the event
— Monitor the schedule and flag anything that needs attention
— Act as the first point of contact for on-the-ground issues
— Help with final logistics and prep the day before
Marketing & Content
Help us capture and share the event in real time. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, creating content that goes out to our audience during and after the event.
— Take photos and short videos throughout the event
— Post stories and updates to Nomad Summit social channels
— Capture speaker moments, crowd energy, and behind-the-scenes content
— Coordinate with the organising team on what to publish and when
Registration & Check-In
The first face attendees see. You'll welcome people to the event, get them checked in smoothly, and make sure they know where to go.
— Manage the check-in desk on conference days
— Verify tickets and hand out badges and materials
— Answer attendee questions and help with directions
— Keep the entrance area organised and running on time
Speaker & Stage Support
Work directly with our speakers to make sure they feel prepared and supported from the moment they arrive.
— Meet and greet speakers and guide them to the green room
— Coordinate with AV and the stage manager on timing
— Make sure speakers have everything they need before going on stage
— Assist with Q&A sessions and stage transitions
Setup & Logistics
The behind-the-scenes engine. You'll help get the venue ready and make sure everything is in place before doors open each day.
— Assist with venue setup and breakdown
— Place signage, materials, and equipment in the right spots
— Support the team with any last-minute logistics
— Help pack down and return the venue to its original state after the event
