Remote Work Edition
Help shape the future of real remote work.
The Opportunity
Real experience. Real insight.
We're building the programme for the Remote Work Edition in Tallinn and we're looking for speakers who can share real experience — not theory, not motivation, but real actionable insight.
This is a professional development event for people building remote careers and distributed teams. If you have something genuinely useful to teach them, we want to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For
We especially welcome
Working professionals with real-world remote experience — You don't need to be a professional speaker. You need to have done something worth sharing.
Hiring managers and team leaders — Who can pull back the curtain on how distributed teams actually recruit, onboard, and retain people.
New voices from underrepresented regions, sectors, or backgrounds — The remote work conversation has been dominated by a narrow set of perspectives for too long.
Practitioners, not theorists — If your talk includes the phrase “in my experience” more than “research shows,” you're probably our kind of speaker.
We welcome speakers with little or no stage experience. We request rehearsal videos from new speakers a few weeks before the event — not to gatekeep, but to help everyone feel prepared and get feedback if it's useful.

Workshops

Panel participation
Contribute to a moderated discussion rather than presenting solo
Tell us what format suits your content best. We'll work with you on it.
What We Ask
A genuine talk, not a pitch — If your primary goal is selling a product, course, or service, this isn't the right stage. Share what you know first — if people want to work with you afterwards, they will.
Actionable content — Our audience leaves with a plan, not just inspiration. Your session should give them something they can use.
A rehearsal video a few weeks before the event — So we can help you deliver your best session.
Availability for July 3–5 in Tallinn — We can't accommodate remote presentations — this is an in-person event.
Not Just Speakers
We're also looking for
Sponsors and brand partners — if this event aligns with your professional mission and the audience you serve, we have opportunities for brand presence, speaking slots, and meaningful engagement with attendees. Check the box in the form and we'll follow up with details.
Remote-first employers hiring in 2026 — if you expect to be hiring remote staff around the time of the event, let us know how many roles and what types. We'd love to connect our attendees directly with real opportunities.
