Why I'm here
I've built my whole business around helping teams work better, so a community of people who live remote work is exactly where I want to learn and contribute. I'm here to meet founders and operators building distributed companies, swap real-world lessons about async culture and knowledge systems, and hopefully share some of my own — on stage or over coffee. Based in Tallinn, so the 2026 Remote Work Edition is practically home turf for me.
